Emily provides compassionate, integrative, and person-focused counseling to help individuals work through challenging issues, gain clarity, and foster personal growth and change. She believes that everyone has the inner resources to lead fulfilling lives, and her aim is to assist people in accessing their strengths, gifts, and talents. Regardless of the specific issue, each person is unique and deserves the opportunity to explore their identity and aspirations.
Emily’s training and experience has largely revolved around treating co-occurring eating disorders, addictive disorders, trauma, and mood disorders.
